Project overview


SuoYangCheng town of coal-fired boiler clean energy renovation project USES the Oriental RCL new energy technology development co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Oriental RCL) advanced disc type solar energy collection hot concentrated track, efficient, concentrate the sun's energy through solar antifreeze medium high temperature heat exchange into more than 60 ℃ hot water for heating. Construction of the project began in November 2018, and the heat was collected into the pipe network for heating at the end of December. The project designs and installs 12 sets of disc solar concentrator tracking heat collection system equipment, and installs a total of 6 sets of disc solar concentrator tracking heat collection system equipment and 1 set of 600kW electric boiler equipment in the first phase, which can meet the heating area of the whole town (office and public facility buildings) of about 7000 square meters.

项目工艺及总控流程


该碟式太阳能+电锅炉清洁能源供热系统分为三个子系统,①碟式太阳能集热系统;②防冻液传热系统;③换热及供热系统。

以上三个子系统的信号、执行及控制要求全部由PLC上位机总控制器完成;系统设置了2*100m3储水罐,当太阳能光照强度DNI指标平均在800 W/㎡时,全年集热量>3000GJ,经测试碟式太阳能集热设备的光热转化效率达到86%

据介绍:一期6台碟式太阳能集热设备能够满足全镇白天时段供暖,夜间使用电锅炉低谷电加热进行供暖;二期再增加6台碟式太阳能集热设备共计12台碟式太阳能集热设备,能够满足全镇全天24小时供暖,当遇到连续2天以上阴雨无太阳天气,则系统自动启动电锅炉进行补充供暖。

实施效果


截止至目前,该项目实际运行达到了:

采暖部分的节能减排指标

一期(6台)供暖季节约用电约86万度电,节约电费约45-50万元/采暖季,每个采暖季节约标准煤约120吨,减少CO2排放319吨,减少S O2排放21吨,减少氮氧化物排放10吨。

此外,除采暖季供暖以外,其热的综合利用方案有:

1、可以产生2.5万吨热水,可以有偿或免费供应居民和生活福利设施、旅游服务设施的生活用热水供应;

2、可以部分的采用地下的“跨季储热方式”,合理的、科学的予以利用。

综上所述,附加项目开发的经济效益、社会效益明显,开发前景广泛。
